About your Visit

  • Each visitor is required to register in advance.
  • Every year, we receive many inquiries from visitors who have mistakenly entered their company name or other information when registering in advance.
  • Please be sure to check the information you have entered on the confirmation screen when registering.


If you register online in advance, you do not need to register on the site.
After registering, please print out the "Visitor's Pass" in the e-mail sent by the secretariat and bring it to the venue.
When entering the venue, please present your Visitor's Pass to the entrance staff.


  • The organizer and the secretariat will take the utmost care in handling personal information in accordance with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and the "Principles for the Protection of Personal Information".

  • The information you have registered will be used to inform you of related exhibitions and events to be held by the organizer and the secretariat in the future.
    In addition, when you register to attend a seminar, information may be provided to the speaker. Please register only if you agree to this.
  • When you scan your visitor's pass at the exhibitor's booth, you will be deemed to have exchanged business cards. Please note that exhibitors may send you DMs, invitations, etc.
  • The organizer and secretariat may take photographs at the venue and use them in related broadcasts, advertisements, printing, products, various media (CD-ROM, Internet, etc.), and any other media.
    Visitors shall not raise any objections regarding portrait rights, even if their portraits, etc., are captured on film.
  • If you do not bring a printout of your visitor's pass on the day of your visit, you will need to register again at the registration desk. If you do not register on the day of the exhibition, you will not be admitted to the exhibition.
  • Registration by fax, mail, or telephone will not be accepted.
